Bombings staged to justify massacres, from Cytations

Sadr City is a 100% Shiite neighborhood of Baghdad. Sunnis have no presence here. Six car bombs exploded Sunday and killed 60 and wounded hundreds. Radical Shiite leader Muqtada Sadr (left), who controls the neighborhood, blames the bombings on "Sunni infidels" (nawasib). He says the occupation forces gave air cover to Zarqawi followers who did it. Does that make any sense?
